Turning Pages: Reading to John

Reviews with short excerpts from the books plus a brief personal story in the middle, drawn from my Moth repertoire. I am a rapid, omnivorous reader. I used to read aloud to my husband John to share what I loved, slow down, and savor the words.  He died 25 years ago, so now I read to you. An eclectic mix of classics and contemporary works when I can get permission from the author.
